The bakery and confectionery Rackl operates in Munich and the western surrounding area and operates a total of 49 branches. The assortment is wide-ranging and includes rustic breads as well as fine pastries. There is a variety of offers, from nut rolls to fruit slices and quarkinis to plum datschi and Danube waves. There are also stand-up cafés in all branches, which offer savoury snacks such as sandwiches, meat loaf rolls and puff pastry spinach cakes in addition to baked goods. The highlight are the fresh buttered pretzels, which are baked according to a traditional recipe. In addition, there are seasonal treats, such as a large selection of doughnuts during the carnival season.

Rackl Backstubn has its production facility in Olching, a picturesque town northwest of Munich. Here, traditional craftsmanship and modern high-tech equipment are combined. While the croissants and pretzels are lovingly shaped by hand, the modern machines ensure an efficient and consistently high quality of the baked goods.

An impressive amount of ingredients are processed every day in Rackl’s production facilities. About 10,000 kilograms of flour and 15,000 eggs are processed into delicious baked goods every day. The company attaches great importance to the selection of high-quality and regional ingredients in order to guarantee the taste and freshness of the products. In addition to its own stores, Rackl is proud to supply a wide range of major customers. Canteens, hospitals, Lufthansa Service Gesellschaft and Deutsche Bahn rely on the quality and taste of the Rackl bakery and confectionery.
