Hostess Giovanna Di Tommaso (known as Nannina) dedicates herself entirely to her passion, Italian cuisine, in her small restaurant. Fresh and ambitious food is cooked here. With creativity, a flair for flavours and a pinch of inventiveness, the head of the house always ensures new creations. Guests can look forward to a high-quality selection of fish specialties and refined dishes such as tomatoes, fennel and zucchini au gratin, or veal chop with spinach and young rosemary potatoes, as well as fresh pasta – all homemade and Michelin-starred, of course.
“In the kitchen, we are all accomplices. Good food must be prepared with joy. That’s why we take the fun of our work very seriously.”
After a successful meal, you can take a piece of Nannina home with you. The products of the same name include lovingly hand-baked cantuccini and carefully selected olive oil from Avellino, which is specially bottled. Want even more Italy? In Nannina’s cooking classes, a complete four-course meal is prepared in small groups in the style of Nannina. It is then tasted together.
